"Attend 2013 <strong>Region</strong> 7 Contest as a "Sneak Preview" <strong>of</strong> where our <strong>Region</strong> 5 contest will be held. <strong>Region</strong> 7's<br />
2013 contest will be held March 22-23 at the Downtown Kansas City Marriott. This is the same location <strong>Region</strong><br />
5 will host their contest the following year, 2014. Come meet our incoming choruses and quartets, check out<br />
the contest venue and hotel amenities. Visit the historic Meulbach Hotel where the Barbershop Society idea<br />
was given birth.<br />

My name is Peggy Leon, your new <strong>Region</strong>al Membership Coodinator, As <strong>of</strong> May 1, 2012, I handed over my job as<br />
Marketing Coordinator to Sandi Wright, STLH Director, & took on new responsibilities as <strong>Region</strong> 5’s Membership<br />
Coordinator. I also serve the region as the DCP (Director’s Certification Program) Coordinator.<br />
I would like to WHOLEHEARTEDLY thank Judy Kaeser (Metro Mix) for her years <strong>of</strong> service as the former MEC.<br />
She did such a fantastic job, that the RMT asked her to continue to serve the <strong>Region</strong> on our HARMONIC<br />
PROGRESSION committee….Kudos, JUDY!!<br />

I was recently contacted by International to encourage all members to update their information. Many <strong>of</strong> you have<br />
changed your email addresses since you became a member. If you have not changed your pr<strong>of</strong>ile on the website,<br />
you are probably not receiving your PITCHPIPE magazine, or other important news & updates from International.<br />
This is especially important as <strong>Region</strong> 5 merges with <strong>Region</strong>s 7 & 22. Here are the steps to updating your<br />
information:<br />
Go to the SAI website.<br />

2. Log in using your SAI membership number<br />
