2012 EXTREME ADVENTURE CAMPS
Extreme Adventure Camps (now in their 15 th season!) offer a variety of outdoor
experiences for boys and girls ages 8 through 14. Most camps are co‐ed with one
girls session. Activities take place at some City of Rock Hill parks with trips to
regional trails, lakes, rivers and mountains! – Our courteous and well trained staff
will provide all of the necessary equipment, instruction and encouragement to
participants of all skill levels. Check specifics below and contact us with questions

Extreme Kids I Ages: 11‐14 – Boys and Girls
June 12 th – 14 th , 8:00 – 5:00 PM
This action‐packed 3‐day camp is for kids with some outdoor experience who are
looking for a challenge. Activities include outdoor rock climbing, kayaking on the
Catawba River, and mountain biking. Cost: $130
Extreme Kids II & III Ages: 8‐10 – Boys and Girls
Session II ‐ June 18 th – 22 nd , 8:00‐5:00pm
Session III ‐ August 6 th – 10 th, 8:00‐5:00pm
Connect your child to nature through 5 days of adventure.
Activities rang from kayaking and biking to educational
lessons on watersheds, animal habitats, and more.
Cost: $215
Extreme Girls Ages: 9‐12 – Girls Only
July 31st – August 2 nd , 8:00‐5:00pm
This action‐packed, 3‐day, girls only camp is for girls
with some outdoor experience who are looking for a challenge.
Activities include outdoor rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking. Cost: $130
Youth Kayak Camp Ages: 11‐14– Boys and Girls
July 20 th , 8:00‐5:00pm
This one‐day kayak camp will introduce beginning kayak skills, basic river hydrology,
and personal risk management on moving water. We will kayak from the Wylie Dam in
Fort Mill to River Park. Cost: $45
Youth Mountain Bike Camp Ages: 11‐14– Boys and Girls
August 3 rd , 8:00‐5:00pm
This one‐day kayak camp will introduce beginning mountain bike skills including,
balance, proper braking and shifting, and body position for beginner to intermediate
trial riding. Cost: $45
