HRCORELAB
INVESTIGATING THE ESSENCE & FUTURE OF HR

HRCORELAB
FOREWORD FROM
Joining forces and merging 3 of the most important HR
topics nowadays into one Lab is a challenge in itself but
we at Teneo believe that HR professionals need to be
ready for the new set of challenges that lie ahead.
The role of the HR manager is growing with the
challenges in the competitive market environment and
the realisation that Human Resource Management needs
to play a more strategic role in the success of an
organisation. With the increasing competition,
organisations need to become more adaptable and
receptive to change, in order to succeed.
There is a need for HR professionals to transform and
reposition themselves, and make their role parallel to the
needs of the organisation. HR needs to evolve and be
accepted as a business-driven function which has a
comprehensive understanding of the organisation´s big
picture.
