Documents Required:
1. Applicant’s Passport copy with minimum 6 months validity
2. 1 Recent coloured Photograph (4.5cm X 5.5 cm).
3. Bank Statement for the last 6 month updated till the date of application
4. Covering Letter mentioning the Address, Duration, & purpose during the stay
5. Tax papers last 2 years and Pan Card copy
Immigration Charges:
VISA CHARGES : INR . 3575/- (Subject to change) + 425/- (Service Fees)
Condition:
1. We require a minimum of 4 to 5 working days for processing the Visa application.
2. Any cancellation or amendment of the application can be done only within 1hr from the application made.
3. Please note it takes 24 to 48 hrs for the visas to be updated at the Sharjah immigration.
4. Air Arabia will not be responsible for rejection or delays of Visa application by the immigration authority.
In such cases, the visa fee will be forfeited.
5. This facility is available only to the visitors flying on Air Arabia – Booking has to be done directly with the Air Arabia offices.
6. Visa will be valid for 30 days from the date of entry.
7. For any reason if the ticket is fully or partly not utilized, no refund will be provided.
No refund will be provided for unused sector.
8. Bearer of Visit Visa is not allowed to work, paid or unpaid.
9. Male applicant born after 1988 and Female applicant born after 1985 cannot apply for visas as single applicant
and will have to be accompanied by their parents.
General:-
1. No visitor should board the flight until the visa is approved and should carry a copy of the visa.
2. Overstay fine on the first day is AED. 250/- and AED. 100/- for each additional day
3. You will be held responsible for any fines and penalties imposed by immigration authority with regard to the visitor
sponsored by you.
