Day 01/ Arrival Mumbai<br />
Arrive Mumbai, meet assist at the airport and transfer to hotel.Mumbai Once a tiny island<br />
covered by palm trees was used to belong to the native koli fisher-folk, who still live here in<br />
their little villages surrounded by huge skyscrapers. In the seventeenth century the<br />
Portuguese came and dotted the island with several forts, which is also present today. In<br />
1661, Mumbai was finally ceded to Charles II of England and eventually became one the<br />
largest ports in the British <strong>Empire</strong>. Night stay in Mumbai.<br />
Day 02/ Mumbai<br />
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Mumbai covering Gateway of India, Prince of<br />
Wales Museum, Hanging Gardens on the slopes of Malabar Hills offering nice view of<br />
Marine Lines & Chowpatty Beach, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhawan (where Mahatma<br />
Gandhi used to stay) and then to Dhobi Ghat. Also visit Afgan Church, Flora Fountain<br />
(Bombay nerve centre), Colourful Crawford Market and Marine Drive. Night stay in<br />
Mumbai.<br />
Day 03/ Mumbai – Hyderabad (by flight)<br />
After breakfast transfer to airport to board the flight for Hyderabad, Arrive Hyderabad and<br />
transfer to hotel. Afternoon half day city tour of Hyderabad visiting the Falukuma Palace,<br />
Mecca Masjid, the Salar Jung Museum and the splendid Charminar. Night stay in<br />
Hyderabad.<br />
Day 04/ Hyderabad – Gulbarga (by road) en route visit Bidar Fort and the Bahmani<br />
tombs<br />
After breakfast drive to Gulbarga enroute visit the 15th century Bidar Fort and the<br />
Bahmani tombs. Arrive Gulbarga, transfer to hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour<br />
of Gulbarga visiting 15th century Jama Masjid. Night stay in Gulbarga.<br />
Day 05/ Gulbarga - Bijapur (by road)<br />
After breakfast drive for Bijapur & transfer to the hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing tour<br />
of Bijapur visiting Mohammad Adil Shah built Bijapur during the 17th century, also visit the<br />
Gol Gumbaz or the round dome. This structure has the largest dome unsupported by pillars<br />
to be found in India and the second largest in the world. Post visit Ibrahim Roza, a beautiful<br />
tomb built by Adil Shah II for his queen. Night stay in Bijaipur.<br />
Day 06/ Bijapur – Badami (By road) en-route visit Aihole<br />
After breakfast, drive to the early 6th century temples of Badami ,en-route visit Aihole as<br />
the "cradle of Indian architecture", Aihole has over 100 temples scattered around the<br />
village. Arrive Badami and transfer to hotel. Later visit to Badamai to the rock cut caves, the<br />
Mahakuteshwara Temple and the Northern Fort. Night stay at Badami.
Day 07/ Badami – Hospet (By Road)<br />
After breakfast drive to Hospet and take rest at Pattadakal situated on the bank of the<br />
Malarapbha river and visit ten major temples representing early Chalukyan architecture.<br />
Night stay in Hospet.<br />
Day 08/ Hospet<br />
After breakfast, visit Hampi or Vijayanagara. Hampi was the capital of the last and the most<br />
famed Hindu kingdom of Vijaynagar, the largest empire in post-mogul India, covering the<br />
present-day Indian states of Karnataka, Andhra and Maharashtra. Hampi is located in the<br />
central part of the state of Karnataka.<br />
Hampi is famous for its ruins belonging to the erstwhile medieval Hindu Kingdom of<br />
Vijaynagar and is declared a World Heritage site.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Hindu style of architecture found at Hampi reflects the splendor of the Vijaynagar<br />
<strong>Empire</strong>. Night stay in Hospet.<br />
Day 09/ Hospet – Hassan (By Road )<br />
After breakfast drive to Hassan. Arrive Hassn & transfer to Hotel. Night stay in Hassan.<br />
Day 10/ Hassan – Mysore (By road)<br />
After breakfast sightseeing tour of Belur and Halebid. Belur and Halebid for a glimpse of<br />
Hindu temple art at its glorious best. In the 16th century, Belur-Halebid (both towns are<br />
spoken of in the same breath) were at the heart of the throbbing Hoysala empire. <strong>The</strong><br />
Hoysalas were huge patrons of art and architecture and built massive temples that have<br />
survived the ravages of time. Some of the sculptures are so exotic, erotic and eloquent - that<br />
you expect them to speak or move. Later drive to Mysore, arrive Mysore & transfer to hotel.<br />

Day 11/ Mysore<br />
After breakfast, visit Sir Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery – Housed in the Jag Mohan Palace,<br />
this gallery has a collection of exquisite paintings dating back to 1875. St. Phenomena's<br />
Church – Built in the Gothic style, one of the largest churches of the country. Chamundi Hills<br />
– Right on the top of the hill, Brindavan Gardens – Witness the exuberant beauty of<br />
Brindavan Gardens. Night stay in Mysore.<br />
Day 12/ Mysore - Bangalore (enroute visiting Sirangapatnam)<br />
After breakfast drive to Bangalore enroute visiting Sirangapatnam - capital of warrior –<br />
King Hyder Ali & his son Tipu Sultan, has magnificent monuments .Set & refresh in hotel<br />
then drive to Mysore Palace : Once the residence of the Woodeyars, Built in 1912 in the<br />
Indo – Saracenic style, this palace exudes a grandeur that is unmatched. <strong>The</strong> Golden royal<br />
Elephant, the Durbar hall.. Arrive Bangalore and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Bangalore.<br />
Day 13/ Bangalore- Departure (By Flight)<br />
After breakfast proceed to visit the city of Gardens: Vidhan Sudha – It houses the State’s<br />
Legislature and Secretariat, Nandi Temple - One of Oldest temple, popularly known as the<br />
Bull temple, etc. Later transfer to airport to board the flight for onward journey.
