NEODIADYNE 2000

The Neodiadyne 2000, made by Fysiomed, in accordance 

with the safety norms IEC 601-1, class 

I type BF, with CE marking, is a programmed low 

and medium frequency current generator, which is 

simple to use, solid and easy to move. 

This microprocessor controlled unit allows the treatment 

with following current forms: interferential, low 

frequency currents, TENS, biphasic, progressive 

current, diadynamic and galvanic. 

The unit is equipped with 28 pre-set treatment 

modes. Each treatment mode can be changed and 

adjusted to the needs of the patient.

on a high contrast LCD display. The electronic timer 

with acoustic signal automatically stops the treatment 

when the treatment time has elapsed. The unit

The Neodiadyne 2000 has two independent patient 

circuits and is delivered with a complete set 

of accessories. It is possible to connect the unit to 

an ultrasound unit to perform combination therapy 

(electrotherapy & ultrasound).

MYOTRACK INFINITI 

The MyoTrac Infiniti contains the most advanced 

technologies for biofeedback and electrostimulation, 

and combines EMG biofeedback on 2 channels with 

2 channels of stimulation. 

The large touch screen makes it very easy to set 

all parameters and commands. The graphic screen 

displays all the needed information, translated into 

curves, histograms or numeric values. 

The data can be stored in three ways: on the internal 

memory, on the Flash memory card (very large 

capacity) and on the PC through an USB port. 

The MyoTrac Infiniti is offered with the Biograph 

Infiniti software. Installed on PC (Windows 2000/XP

E•SWT 2 represents today an innovative system 

that can give rise to a new and effective therapeutic 

approach for the treatment of various pathologies 

regarding soft tissues and the skeletal system. 

E•SWT 2 is a system allowing you to perform an innovative 

methodology called extra-corporeal shockwaves 

therapy. E•SWT 2 is a versatile instrument, 

made for treating both soft (tendons and muscles) 

and hard tissues (bone). 

The thrust implemented by the end side of a suitable 

applicator, that the operator has to put in 

contact with the suffering region, gives rise to small 

impulses with high intensity that are transmitted into 

the tissue. This originates a resonance phenomenon 

causing antalgic processes, reduction of local 

phlogosis, new formation of blood vessels, reactivation 

of reparative processes. 

Although the unit E•SWT 2 and its application 

technique are a sort of derivation and adaptation of 

the shock wave therapy already used (particularly 

in urology for the treatment of the renal calculosis 

and then in orthopaedics for the treatment of pseudoarthrosis), 

it represents for the physical therapy 

a novelty because of the lower energies employed 

and the therapeutic modalities that can take place 

in an ambulatory allowing to avoid any anaesthesia 

or sedation and furthermore any radiographic and/or 

ultrasound visualisation and/or monitoring system. 

All these features make the E•SWT 2 system a specific 

instrument for the treatment of pathologies into 

the Physical Therapy and Orthopaedics field. The 

antalgic, osteo-inductive and vascular effects allow 

the treatment of a wide range of tendinous pathologies,

the re-absorption of calcifications, especially

Cold therapy has been recognized as a means for 

relieving pain and reducing swelling since antiquity. 

The evolution of a modern healing method from an 

ancient practice represented in the Cryo 6. Cold air 

is created in a dosages to withdraw the specified

INDAP - dispenser of gas injection CO2 

INDAP is device made in Czech Republic. Permanent 

care of health makes indivisible part of daily 

life. The spa treatment is based on climatic and 

environmental conditions using natural curative 

sources combinated with the most moderns medical 

and rehabilitation methods. Application of subcutaneous 

injections of medicinal carbon dioxide or 

appropriate source gas containing CO2 and marks 

of rare gases with purity min. 95% CO2 form a part 

of those methods.

REHABILITATION SWIMMING POOLS 

Making a decision about building of a pool is not easy. There is always a lot of questions, which frequently 

remains not answered. If a typical sport swimming-pool is planned, it should be a square or rectangle of 15 

x 25 m dimension (according to free room available). If we would like to build a pool, that will be used not 

only for swimming, but also for therapeutic issues, the problem is more complicated. Is it possible to fulfill 

all requirements? We encourage you to read the following text and presentation and hope they will help 

you in making decisions. 

Different types of rehabilitation pools: Pools are assembled 90-100 cm below the level of the ground. Such 

height of wall enables good cooperation between patient and therapist without the need of entering to the 

pool of the last one. Pools are built-in into the floor. Contact with a patient is difficult. Therapist is forced to 

work in an uncomfortable, bend in position. 

Depth of the pool: There are marked differences in patient’s height (therapists work with both adults and 

children), different exercises are performed and frequently there is a need to work on different levels of 

patients` immersion in water (e.g. on a few different depths). Therefore a depth of pool must be considered. 

There are many possibilities. Even movable platform located on the bottom of the pool which can be drag 

up to surface according to requirements can be assembled. This solution is very expensive however and 

moreover this mechanism frequently suffers damage. Why cannot we build a pool with a bottom located 

on several different levels? This solution is cheaper than movable platform and can be used for different 

exercises techniques. 

Glass: During the therapy observation and correction of the patient is very important. Observation of movements 

performed in water is difficult due to features of water. A window in a wall of the pool is a very important 

element that should be considered. It enables a detailed observation of exercises performed by patient 

without distortions resulting from fracturing of light in water. 

Stream of water: Water is very frequently used for learning of gait. The conditions there are safe, falls are 

not serious and the patient feels “supported” by water. At later stages of such rehabilitation the therapist 

wants to make exercises more difficult, include resistance, turbulence and make movement more difficult. 

An interesting idea for centers performing reeducation of gait is a nozzle outflowing water under specified 

pressure, that gives an effect of walking/swimming “upstream”

A unique combination - more than 22 kinds of finger and wrist exercises. Ergotherapeutic wooden table is 

made for convenient use in patients sitting on a chair or wheelchair. Holder of the forearm can be easily attached 

with wing nuts to exercise the right or left hand, on the right or left side of the table. 

With two locking levers simply place the necessary exercise attachment to a circular hole. After proper

Universal electronically controlled trainer for active 

and passive mobilisation of the upper as well as 

the lower limbs. This revolutionary concept makes 

expensive accessories superfluous. The height and 

the length of the crank are easily adjusted to provide 

a variable range of motion. 

The passive mode is a powered movement at regulated 

speeds, for exercise of limbs that have limited 

or no muscle power. An unique auto-reverse feature 

reverses the direction in case of a muscle seizure 

so that the affected muscles are released. 

The active mode enables a wide range of exercises, 

either workload dependent, where the resistance

FISIOTEK 

The Fisiotek units for passive mobilisation are 

microprocessor controlled hi-tech instruments and 

meet the strict demands of the modern rehabilitation 

of the knee and/or hip and ankle. The special asymmetrical 

structure of the frame allows the patient’s 

limb to be easily and correctly positioned. 

When there is a real correspondence between the 

mechanical articulations and the patient’s joints, all 

the mechanical stresses derived from the movement 

are discharged onto the mechanical part and 

not onto the joints. This makes the movement more 

comfortable and helps the patient to relax. 

All the Fisiotek units have a flat, digital control 

panel, a built-in 24V alimentation and an emergency 

stop. 

Memory card 

The incorporated microchip, that can be inserted 

and removed from the instrument, stores the operational 

data of the unit for each individual patient. 

This makes instrument preparation easier and faster 

for subsequent sessions. The models of the Fisiotek 

that use the memory card (TS and GS) also have a 

function defined as “warm-up”, which has the purpose 

of warming up the treated joint through several

Fisiotek HP2 is a microprocessor-controlled device 

for passive mobilization of the shoulder, elbow and 

with special accessories also for wrist. It is equipped 

with a memory card that stores the parameters 

set individually for each patient. This operation is

as a “warm-ups – warm up, which aims to warm up 

the joints treated during several cycles of different
