The 2012 motorcycle season (as of 03-16-12) is now
moving into high gear. 2011 was a better business year than
2010. 2012 has started stronger then the same months in
2011. Our distributors are telling us that January and February
are up and March is also running ahead. It seems like the mild
weather these past few months have kept motorcycles on the
road. An early start means more on the road time, earlier service
and parts sales.
EMGO has pushed up production runs where possible.
Several EMGO distributors have moved up their delivery dates to
meet customer demand.
The major floods in Thailand caused delays in our
shipments of oil and air filters. During the month of
December, we lost at least 30 days of production plus
damage to equipment and parts used to produce and deliver
the finished product. We are now back to normal production.
All signs point to a good business year. We urge you to look
over your needs and order now! Note: many items require 30-60
day ship/lead times... then add 18 (West Coast) or 32 (East
Coast) days delivery time to your warehouse.
