In celebration of this year's London <strong>Design</strong> Festival, twenty one shops and galleries in and around<br />

the <strong>Shoreditch</strong> <strong>Triangle</strong> have joined forces to bring you an evening of special design events.<br />

Starting from 6pm on Tuesday 21st of September each location will be holding late night openings*<br />

to launch individual exhibitions and present exciting new work. Please see company websites for<br />

Andaz Liverpool St - Gallery Libby Sellers<br />

presents Branches by Simon Heijdens at the<br />

1901 Wine Bar. Branches transposes the static<br />

foyer into a forest of light. In addition to this,<br />

Mathieu Lehanneur presents Once Upon a<br />

Dream; a sleeping pod structure commissioned<br />

by Veuve Clicquot. Outside the hotels entrance,<br />

Gallery Libby Sellers with Andaz Liverpool Street<br />

will present the temporary pop-up ‘L Bar’,<br />

designed by Glass Hill. Cole & Son, the premier<br />

wallpaper manufacturer will also launch their<br />

new Autumn/Winter 2010 collection with a wall<br />

installation in the Andaz Lounge.<br />

BarberOsgerby - Open Studio<br />

Visitors to the festival are invited to the<br />

BarberOsgerby studio to view recent furniture<br />

and lighting launches and gain a unique glimpse<br />

at the design process behind the scenes.<br />

<strong>Caravan</strong> - In Miniature<br />

Eclectic East End store <strong>Caravan</strong> and<br />

hand-printed wallpaper artist Deborah Bowness<br />

once again play with scale. Deborah Bowness<br />

has applied carefully constructed miniature<br />

designs to a <strong>Caravan</strong>-styled set that is brought<br />

to life with moving image by Atticus Finch.<br />

Ella Doran - Edition Paumes<br />

Ella Doran collaborates with Edition Paumes, a<br />

family run Japanese publishers based in Tokyo<br />

to celebrate the exclusive launch of their new<br />

book - London Family <strong>Style</strong>. This will be the first<br />

chance to buy the brand new Paumes volume,<br />

which explores the environments of eighteen<br />

creative families in London. The rest of the<br />

Paumes collection will also be available along<br />

with a showcase of Ella Doran's new Por Tables<br />

Rocket Gallery - Tomoko Azumi objective<br />

The first gallery exhibition of furniture by the<br />

London-based Japanese designer Tomko Azumi<br />

and her tna design studio. Work relating to<br />

collaborations with several international<br />

furniture-makers will be on show as well as a<br />

document of the evolution of the new Azumi<br />

dining table – a collaboration between Rocket<br />

and Benchmark Furniture.<br />
