VENUE: Sport complex “Academy of Judo” (Zvenigorod, Moskovskaya Str,47).
OPENING/CLOSING
Trainings will start on Monday May 28 at 10:00
Evening trainings – 16:00
The last training will start on Wednesday May 30 at 16:00.
Thursday May 31 – day of departure.
PARTICIPATION
The regulations of the European Judo Union say you should be ready to pay for the following
expenses on the spot:
- European Federations: 30 euros / athlete
- Non-European Federation: 100 euros / athlete.
TRANSPORTATION
The Organizing Committee will provide free of charge transfers for the delegations accommodated
at the official hotels:
- Transportation from Moscow airports and train stations to the Hotels
- Transportation Hotels/Training Camp venue/Hotels
- Transportation from the Hotels to Moscow airports and train stations.
HOTEL INFORMATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The prices are per person per night including full board:

Double – 145 EURO
Single – 195 EURO
Hotel “Solnechniy”
(Zvenigorod, Verkhniy Posad vlg)
Double – 145 EURO
Single – 195 EURO
Payment in cash during Grand Slam accreditation.
VISA
For nations, who need VISA to enter Russian Federation, please send the Organizer as soon as possible
(latest May,05) list of participants according to visa application form with full names, passport numbers,
date of birth, and positions. Passport should be valid for 6 months after departure from Russia.
ENTRIES
First entry – till April,15 - Visa – till May 05
Hotel reservation and final entry - till May 05.
Please, be informed that no applications for accommodation will be accepted after May 05.
Any cancellations of rooms or no-show will result in 100% of the charge of the accommodation
costs. Cancellations of rooms cannot be made at the check-in. All hotel reservations should be
done ONLY in attached excel file.
CIVIL LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Neither the Organizer Committee of the Grand Slam, nor the Russian Judo Federation (or any of
its officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any personal injury nor for any loss or
damage to any property arising out of participations and travelling in connection with this event.
