� In addition to pay, DA, HRA / Bachelor accommodation at Project Site, EPF, LTC, medical facilities,<br />

Perquisites and, PRP etc. are also admissible as per Rules of the Company.<br />

� Relaxable by 5 years for SC/STs and 3 years for OBC’s and as per Govt. directives for exservicemen<br />

and physically handicapped.<br />

� For the post from SI. No. 1 to 4 of Advertisement (Annexure-I), age will be relaxed in case of<br />

deserving candidates.<br />

JOB DESCRIPTION<br />

Should have experience of serving as Divisional/Regional Head in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/Commercial<br />

Organisations/Construction Industry. He/she should have experience in overall Execution & Monitoring of Multi displianary<br />

large value Projects independently (industrial projects, highways, railways and EPC contract etc.) and should have thorough<br />

knowledge of various tender formats includung FIDIC conditions. Should be well conversant with the preparation of Project<br />

budget, Cash flow etc. Shall possess ability to lead team of engineers from multi disciplinary tasks,monitoring of project<br />

viability in terms of financial control. Should be able to handle Division/Region independentaly. Shall possess knowledge of<br />

PPP deals and preparation of presentations for the management.<br />

Civil : Should have experience in Design / detail engineering or execution of Civil / Structural works of buildings / long span<br />

industrial construction / power and steel projects involving surveying, geo-technical investigation, special foundations, equipment<br />

foundation, super structure work of RCC / Structural steel etc. Knowledge in the field of estimation of bill of quantities, basic<br />

cost estimation based on central / State PWD rates including experience in the field of analysis of market rates and preparation of<br />

construction schedule is also desirable<br />

Mechanical : Should have experience in Design / detail engineering or execution of Projects on EPC basis in the field of<br />

Material Handling Plants having equipment like Conveyors ,Wagon Tipplers. Stacker/ Reclaimers, Crushers, Screens, Paddle<br />

Feeders or HVAC, Water System, Pumps, Lifts, Fire Fighting, Water Treatment Plant, Cooling Towers and Piping.<br />

Electrical & Communication : Should have experience in Design / detail engineering or erections ,testing and commissioning<br />

of HT/LT Switchgears, HT/LT Transformers, HT/LT Motors, UPS, PLS system, lighting, PF Compensation equipment, Cable<br />

Engineering, Electrical system engineering for<br />

Material Handling Plants / Power & steel plant / Industrial plants / High rise buildings consisting of<br />

lighting equipments, CCTV, BMS, PLCC, PA system, Security System etc.<br />

Computer knowledge/skills will be a mandatory requirement for all the above posts

exposure to Labour Cess, WCT, VAT etc., Budget Preparation, Budgetary Control, Project Evaluation with regard to Project<br />

viability and Financial Control, Presentations Capabilities and Handling of Audit Activities. In addition he /she should have<br />

experience in liasioning with Banks, Statutory Bodies, Audit Agencies, Tax Authorities and Various Ministeries.<br />

Should be responsible & have knowledge of policy formulation and implementation, Manpower Planning, Selection and<br />

Recruitment /Industrial Relations, Succession planning/Disciplinary Matters/ Training of Personnel, Wage and salary<br />

Administration, Welfare Matters, Establishment Matters including Reservation policy, Settlement of Labour Dispute and Liaison<br />

experience with statutory Authority will be an added advantage<br />

Disputes Resolution Machineries in respect of the Construction projects/Industry. Drafting, Vetting and finalisation all kinds of<br />

pleadings/legal documents to be submitted in court/arbitration matters, service and labour matters and other Civil/Criminal<br />

matters. Appearance before the Court and Arbitral Tribunals. Drafting and finalisation of legal documents such as contacts ,<br />

Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium, Bonds, Power of Attorney, Bank Gurantee, PP, MOUs , Leagl Notices etc.Co-<br />

Ordination with Advocates, Sr. Advocates and Solicitor Firms and HOD (Legal). Rendring legal advice on matters referred to<br />

Legal Division by various Regional Offices/sites and other Divisions.Rendering legal advice on matters referred to Legal<br />
