in Sycamore Creek, Ingham county.<br />

Ira Gabrielson, noted ornithologist<br />

<strong>of</strong> Washington D. C. is here in<br />

ihe northern counties observing the<br />

rare Kirtland warblers.<br />

The heavest deer kill last year was<br />

in Roscommoon county where 2777<br />

were killed. Other counties where<br />

over 2000 were killed wree Oscoda,<br />

Alcona,Ogemaw,Crawford and Lake.<br />

board's <strong>of</strong>fer <strong>of</strong> $125.00 for the use<br />

<strong>of</strong> fire engine for one year from<br />

date to give fire protection to the<br />

residents <strong>of</strong> the township. Motion<br />

carried.<br />
