cHocoFILL <strong>GP</strong> is an all-purpose filling<br />
fat which meets the manufacturers requirements<br />
<strong>for</strong> a broad range of functionalities<br />
at low <strong>cost</strong>.<br />
the cHocoFILL <strong>GP</strong> range of filling<br />
fats covers any application in a chocolate<br />
confectionery production including biscuits<br />
and filled wafers. In these applications,<br />
the cHocoFILL <strong>GP</strong> standard range (see<br />
figure 1) is easy to use; the smooth, plastic<br />
structure allows cHocoFILL <strong>GP</strong> to be<br />
mixed directly from the box. If first melted<br />
in a traditional filling process, cHocoFILL <br />
<strong>GP</strong> crystallises very fast into a stable crystal<br />
<strong>for</strong>m with no specific pre-tempering process.<br />
