The <strong>Jordan</strong> <strong>Springs</strong> <strong>Village</strong> <strong>Centre</strong> will be activated day and night by a mix of retail, education, community, residential<br />

and recreation activities. People will move easily and safely between activities, enjoying the intimacy and social<br />
