(2) Tender documents are obtainable from the Building & Landscaping Division's Counter located at the One-
Stop Service Counter, Lobby Area, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Jalan Padungan during office hours
on palment ofTender Fee.
(3) The tenderer required to produce original copy ofthe following for verification before quotation document
can be issued.

3.2 Certificate of Registration ofContractor Issued by UpK.
3.3 The quotation/documents shall be collected by the Licensee or nominated representative with Letter of
Authorisation from the company before the quotatior/document can be issued.
(4) Tender must be submitted in a properly sealed envelope and should be addressed to the Ag. City secretary,
Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan and placed in the Tender Box provided in the Tendel uotation Room
of the General office, Administration Division, 3'd Floor, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selaan, Jalan
Padungan, 93675 Kuching not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 25 Sept€mber 2012.
