Special Stages on 2–4 August 2012. Unique festival fever for all fans of rallying and good music will be offered
in and around both Lahti and Jyväskylä. For the first time in Finland, the Red Bull Tourbus will be roaming the
Finnish roads – with top artists onboard!

17.4 Neste Oil Rally Finland Promotional Parade
Neste Oil Rally Finland’s promotional parade will pass through selected stages before the rally cars to lift up the
spirits. This parade of cars visits spectator areas and offers free surprise samples from our sponsors.
17.5 Family World with Disney
Children’s activity park Family World, carried out in collaboration with Disney, features the theme of Brave,
animated fantasy adventure film which has its Finnish premiere on August 24th. Jyväskylä Paviljonki Family
World’s activity corners, reading, drawing and gaming spots and film showings are firm favorites among youngest
members of the family. Family World with Disney is open throughout the event, 1-4 August.
17.6 Jumicars
As in previous years, the popular Jumicars Children’s Driving School will once again offer entertainment to junior
rally spectators at Jyväskylä Paviljonki throughout the event.
17.7 RallyExpo
Car tuning, modified cars, car Hi-Fi… all the dreams of speed & sound enthusiasts – enter the RallyExpo at
Jyväskylä Paviljonki and experience it all. RallyExpo welcomes visitors throughout the event, 1-4 August.
17.8 Rally Hall of Fame Exhibition
Rally Hall of Fame, the gallery of rally legends located in Mobilia Museum in Kangasala will bring to Jyväskylän
Paviljonki Rally HQ an exhibition celebrating its latest inductees. The careers of Carlos Sainz and Michèle Mouton
are to be recalled by exhibiting relevant machinery and nostalgic souvenirs. Visits will be also given by the rally
stars themselves, both of whom will be interviewed at the WRC Stage on Wednesday 1 August at 21.15.
17.9 Live Concerts
Live music will be performed in the Paviljonki Service Park in Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights at 22.00.
On Wednesday, the WRC Stage will be taken by the winner of Sporttimobiili and Hitlantis band competition.
On Friday, popular pop singer Suvi Teräsniska will give her best to the rally audience. On Saturday, Neste Oil
Rally Finland will culminate in a closing party where the stage will be taken by a smashing rock’n’roll band, Los
Bastardos Finlandeses, at 22.30.
17.10 World Design Capital 2012
During its term as the World Design Capital 2012 with cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen, Lahti
will offer a broad palette of events related to design phenomena, showcasing local designers. Neste Oil Rally
Finland will present the WDC themes in its events in Lahti Harbour area with workshops and rally themed design
competition for children. Welcome to the world of Finnish design on 2 August in Lahti Harbour.
17.11 Red Bull Manny Mania Jam Session
The beautiful sceneries of the Lahti Harbour provide a venue for interesting rally entertainment on 2 August,
such as Red Bull Manny Mania Jam Session skateboarding competition at 13.30-15.30. Entering its 6th year, the
event has grown into one of the biggest global contests while still balancing a relaxed vibe as it seeks to award
the highest level of technical trickery on two wheels. Knock-out skills and amazing tricks – come and see the
competitors in action!
17.12 Unique Team Photographs on Auction
During the upcoming Neste Oil Rally Finland, we will circulate among the teams one brand-new Nokia Pureview
808 top-of-the-range camera phone. This phone will be used by the team to take the photos that usually never
get taken, to take the spectators behind the scenes of the team.
