The daily local tax is not included in the above prices and amounts to HRK 7.00 per person a day. All prices include
VAT.
Payments are made in <strong>Croatian</strong> kuna (HRK) at the effective rate of exchange. Each participant should pay his/her hotel
bill at the reception desk before departure. The number of single rooms is limited. Participants wishing to share a
double room should provide the name of the other person when making the reservation (otherwise, the hotel will
make the booking at the single-room price). Companies sending several participants should enclose a list of all
participants and the rooming plan. The hotel should be promptly notifed about all cancelled reservations.
Excursions
Half-day excursions will be organized for the participants (15 and 16 February, 2011). Previous registration and extra
payment are required. Detailed information is available at registration desk and on the DaRiva tourist agency
(http://www.da-riva.hr).
Note
Participants should present their payment slips at registration (if not faxed before to the <strong>Symposium</strong> secretariat). After
presenting the payment slip, each participant will receive the Congress Proceedings/Book of Abstracts in electronic
version (CD) and a badge, which has to be worn whenever entering in the lecture halls.
