While helping our members live fitter and better lives, Fitness First also
believes in giving back to the Community through our member events, fund
raising activities and support for charitable causes. Here are some of the
causes/organisations we have supported. We hope that you too will find the

The rehabilitative and therapeutic value of sports helps people with
disability live full and independent lives. The Singapore Disability
Sports Council engages people with disability from all groups in
sports recreationally and competitively.
➜ How you can assist: Private/corporate donations to
assist in Training, Equipment, Transport, Competitions
and more. Volunteers can assist as coaches, assistants
or drivers.

Grant the wish of a child with a life-threatening illness. Bring smiles
and special memories to them and give them joy, strength and hope to
battle their illnesses.
➜ How you can assist: Cash gift donations, adopt a wish,
event sponsorships, in-kind donations including services,
toys, computers, wrapping paper, transportation for events,
etc.

CCF helps improve the quality of lives of children with cancer and their
families through enhancing their emotional, social and medical wellbeing
through counseling, therapeutic play, support groups, outings,
financial assistance, research and more. Be part of a caring community
to help them cope with difficult times at different stages of the illness.

support various free services/programmes to these children
and their families.
