II. Thematic areas of activities
After ten years of AINova's existence, its staff members still
deal with the key thematic areas, which had been selected
before 1996. This proves the fact that the selection of thematic
areas was appropriate as they also seem to be continuously
attractive within our European society. Moreover, there is a
constant demand for update and broadening, predominantly
in the area of built heritage conservation and development,
environment, European affairs, and specialised foreign
language education.
In the last ten years, the key thematic areas have also
undergone development, with some aspects highlighted
mainly thanks to the development of the European Union.
Currently, the most attractive topics include strategic planning
and territorial management, project cycle management,
coordination and cooperation between Slovak institutions and
European structures, and thematically focused foreign
language courses.
Within the new methods of education, AINova has paid
attention to distance education and e-learning. The expertise
and experience of the AINova staff members have been
utilised in the public awareness raising activities of the
Information Centre, which are predominantly oriented
towards this purpose as well as to the dissemination of
information on cultural and natural heritage of the Lesser
Carpathian Region.
Aj po desiatich rokoch existencie inštitúcie sa pracovníci
AINova venujú kľúčovým tematickým oblastiam, vybraným
ešte pred rokom 1996. Táto skutočnosť potvrdzuje, že voľba
tematických oblastí bola správna. Vybrané témy stále
rezonujú v našej, európskej, spoločnosti a je spoločenský
dopyt po ich neustálom dopĺňaní a rozširovaní. Patrí k nim
predovšetkým ochrana a rozvoj kultúrneho dedičstva,
životné prostredie, európske záležitostí a špecializované
jazykové vzdelávanie.
Kľúčové témy sa v priebehu desiatich rokov tiež vyvíjali a do
popredia sa dostali niektoré aspekty, ktoré priniesol vývoj
v Európskej únii. V súčasnosti medzi najatraktívnejšie patrí
strategické plánovanie a manažment územia, tvorba a
manažment projektov, súčinnosť slovenských inštitúcií s
európskymi štruktúrami a tematicky zamerané jazykové
kurzy.
V rámci nových metód vzdelávanie sa AINova už niekoľko
rokov venuje dištančnému a e-vzdelávaniu. Odborné
skúsenosti pracovníkov AINova našli uplatnenie aj v rámci
osvetových aktivít Informačného centra, ktoré sú zamerané
predovšetkým na zvyšovanie povedomia a šírenie informácií
o kultúrnom a prírodnom dedičstve Malokarpatského
regiónu.
