For over 40 years, Ben has showcased his versatility<br />

and creativity, performing countless one-man shows<br />

worldwide. On Broadway, Ben Vereen has appeared<br />

in Wicked, Fosse, Jesus Christ Superstar and his role<br />

in pippin garnered him both the Tony® Award and the<br />

Drama Desk Award for “Best Actor in a Musical.” Ben’s<br />

memorable film roles include the unforgettable Chicken<br />

George in Roots and Louis Armstrong in Louis Armstrong<br />

- Chicago Style. On January 30, 2012, Ben received the<br />

highest honor in theater as he was inducted into the<br />

African Children’s Choir<br />

Sunday, December 2 at 3 p.m.<br />

The African Children’s Choir features boys and girls from Uganda performing their holiday<br />

show. The choir travels the world, acting as the ambassador for Africa’s most vulnerable<br />

children. The choir has been featured on American Idol and good Morning America,<br />

collaborated with artists including Josh Groban and Wyclef Jean, and can be heard on the<br />

Blood Diamond soundtrack.<br />

Saturday, april 6 at 7:30 p.m.<br />

The meteoric success of 2CELLOS started when<br />

classically trained cello rivals Luka Sulic and Stjepan<br />

Hauser decided to join forces. In January 2011,<br />

they uploaded a unique cello version of Smooth<br />

Criminal by Michael Jackson onto YouTube becoming<br />

a huge viral sensation and leading to a record deal<br />

with SONY MASTERWORKS as well as national<br />

appearances on the tonight Show with Jay Leno and<br />

the ellen Degeneres Show. The duo, currently on a<br />

worldwide tour with Elton John, is preparing to record<br />

their second album which will come out in Fall 2012.<br />
