Legal Burning Activities • Comfort heat fires if: • ambient temperature is < 50 degrees Fahrenheit; • Excessive or unusual smoke is not created • Only clean lumber or vegetative matter is burned; and • The fire is burned in a container not exceeding fifty-five (55) gallons in size.
