totaling $250 or greater for golf equipment bought from the 2012 catalog at full
price. This offer is not valid with any other offer throughout the 2012 calendar year.
When ordering online you must use the coupon code freeups12 to redeem this offer;
please also reference this code when calling in your order. This offer does not
apply to repairs and refinish work and logo engraved products sold at wholesale
prices. We thank you for allowing us to serve your golf equipment needs.
Our Order Process
SHIPPING DETAILS: Louisville Golf ships via UPS Ground. For in-stock steel or graphite
shafted clubs please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery to the continental United
States. Please allow 2 weeks for Hickory-shafted golf clubs. For phone orders totaling up
to $249 please add $14 for Ground shipping. Prices are subject to change. Shipping may
be upgraded to UPS 2ND DAY AIR or UPS NEXT DAY AIR at the customer’s expense. Current
shipping rates apply. Drop shipments are assessed a $5 fee. In the rare event that your
package is damaged in transit you will need to contact UPS before you send the club back to
us for a replacement. Please DO NOT return damaged clubs to Louisville Golf without prior
authorization; packages damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and subject to
their protocol for reimbursement. Call UPS toll free 1-800-742-5877 in this unlikely event.
RUSH UPGRADE: A $25 Rush Upgrade fee is charged to expedite your order to ship the next
business day by UPS Next Day Air for in-stock items. (This service is not available for most
Hickory-shafted clubs. Please call for availability.) UPS Next Day Air charges are not included
in the Rush Upgrade fee and are the customer’s responsibility. The Rush Upgrade fee takes
your order to the front of the custom order queue and delivers your purchase as quickly as
possible. The Rush Upgrade is not available online, please call to order. We will work with you
to get your order to you when you need it. This service is not available online, please call.
SPECIAL MANAUFACTURING: Louisville Golf custom makes every wood head golf club
you see in this catalog. Custom specifications and cosmetics are available at an additional
charge. Custom lofts, lie angles, face angles, color, insert and engraving are available for an
additional $50 on the 2012 catalog price; this service also takes an additional 4 to 6 weeks
to make the head from scratch. To order a specially manufactured Louisville Golf club please
call 1-800-456-1631 to order; this service is not available online.
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ON STEEL-SHAFTED PUTTERS AND NIBLICKS: If you are
not completely satisfied with your Louisville Golf steel-shafted putter (non-engraved) or NIB-
LICK Persimmon fairway wood (this includes EZ3, Utility and Versatility models), return it
within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. NIBLICK wood sets of three or more carry
a 10% restock fee. Money-Back Guarantee not valid after 30 days. Customer is responsible
for shipping both ways. Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to engraved putters, Hickoryshafted
putters and custom-ordered shafts on NIBLICK fairway woods.
RETURNS: Return authorization is required. Please call 1-800-456-1631 to verify return requirements
and obtain return authorization. Returns on clubs other than non-engraved steelshafted
putters and individual NIBLICK Persimmon fairway woods are charged a 10% restock
fee on the full invoice charge of your order. NIBLICK sets carry a 10% restock fee. Customer
pays shipping fees both ways. Applicable clubs are non-returnable after 30 days of purchase.
Ask when ordering if you are unsure if your club is being built with non-returnable options.
Non-returnable options include, but are not limited to, engraving, loft or lie adjustments and
special-order shafts. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from us.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: We stand fully behind every product we make in our Louisville
factory. In the rare event of a playable defect we will replace or repair the product and
promptly return it at no charge. With nearly 40 years of history in the golf equipment business
