- European IRC agrees to numbers
- two years or three years cycle needs more discussion
- Europe emphasizes importance of SoC (System on Chip, ASIC). Driven more by cost, design,
test, market than by agressive technology. Extra line besides DRAM / MPO in Overall Roadmap
