Bernhard Zettler of Big Bend Pottery,<br />
located on the banks of the Ottawa River<br />
near Cobden Ontario. Bernhard, a German<br />
immigrant was a stone mason, and after<br />
retiring he went into his hobby, pottery, full<br />
time.<br />
He takes special orders for his many<br />
repeat customers, from complete dinner<br />
settings to beautiful original design items,<br />
such as a butter dish with cover and a<br />
maple syrup jug.<br />
