EPCM projects outside Northern Emirates in the MENA region 

and beyond. Production Services provides surface oil & 

gas production equipment which is available on sales, lease 

or performance based contracts for both onshore and offshore 

developments. Litwin PEL carries out EPC contracted 

and multidisciplinary engineering services to the oil and gas 

and chemical and petrochemical industries. The company 

is incorporated in Panama and has its Corporate Office at 

the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai
