Excellent machining properties with drilling, countersinking, milling, tapping and turning. Conventional HSS-tools can be used at
maximum speeds and feeds. The material guarantees good polishability. Aluminium as per EN AW 7075 can be machined on any spark
erosion-machine at metal removal rates and very acceptable levels. The usage of copper and graphite electrodes, as well as reduced
current and spark gap will result in improved surface finishes.
