Bank Street Sausage & Deli Opens New Euro Deli in Kanata<br />
Bank Street Sausage & Deli has opened a second store located in<br />
Kanata, 484 Hazeldean Road, which features top quality meats.<br />
This shop offers only the finest in quality sausages and other<br />
smoked meat products from the Bank St. and Walkley Rd.<br />
location, thus ensuring fresh products at the Kanata store and<br />
using only natural ingredients. This new large European Deli in<br />
Ottawa-Kanata introduced a heart of Europe@ to this<br />
neighbourhood and is now already a very successful operation.<br />
The Deli has a wide selection of European sausages made fresh<br />
on the premises by certified Master sausage maker Joseph Skurek.<br />
The foods are additive free and have a low salt and fat content.<br />
The Deli lunch buffet counter appears to be a very busy place. The<br />
smoked chicken breast, sandwiches, sausage on bun or German<br />
Schnitzel and hearty soups are favourites. William Culka, Kanada<br />
partner, and Karolina Lacina provide very friendly service and<br />
operate the store efficiently.<br />
Using excellent equipment in a well-organized setting, both stores<br />
offer a wide selection of delicious meats. Some of these delights<br />
include Honey ham, Moravien meat, smoked salmon, double cold<br />
smoked bacon, and lachs schinken, <strong>We</strong>stfalian ham, homemade<br />
klobassa and Wurst galore.<br />
