Paul edGerley • Executive Committee Member<br />
Paul Edgerley is a member of the Boston Celtics Executive Committee. As a member of<br />
the Executive Committee, he consults on the team’s business and financial matters as<br />
well as the team’s <strong>com</strong>munity and charitable activities.<br />
Paul is a Managing Director of Bain Capital. He has helped build Bain Capital into a<br />
leading global private equity firm with over $64 billion capital under management with<br />
offices in Boston, Chicago, New York, London, Munich, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Shanghai<br />
and Tokyo.<br />
Paul received an MBA, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and is a Certified<br />
Public Accountant. He received a B.S. from Kansas State University.<br />
He is currently involved on the boards of several charities including Kansas State University Foundation, Rock Center at<br />
Harvard Business School, The Shamrock Foundation, and New Profit, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors<br />
of Steel Dynamics, Keystone Automotive, Sensata Technologies, MEI Conlux and HD Supply.<br />
He lives in the greater Boston area with his wife, Sandy, and their four children.<br />
Glenn HuTCHins • Executive Committee Member<br />
Mr. Hutchins is co-founder and co-chief executive of Silver Lake which is one of the<br />
world’s largest firms investing in technology and technology-enabled businesses. He<br />
has spent his business career investing in the most rapidly growing and dynamic <strong>com</strong>panies<br />
in the U.S. and around the world. Mr. Hutchins is chairman of the board of Sun-<br />
Gard Corp. and a director of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and Mercury Payment Systems.<br />
Mr. Hutchins is active in public and charitable service. He served President Clinton in<br />
both the transition and the White House as a special advisor on economic and healthcare<br />
policy. Mr. Hutchins is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and is<br />
vice chairman of the board of the Brookings Institution. He is also a director of the<br />
Harvard Management Company which is responsible for the University’s endowment. He is the chairman of the National<br />
Advisory Board of the W.E.B. DuBois Institute for African and African-American Research at Harvard and of the New<br />
York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the Hamilton Project, and director of the<br />
Partnership for New York City.<br />
Mr. Hutchins holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.<br />
JaMes PalloTTa • Executive Committee Member<br />
James J. Pallotta is the Chairman and Managing Director of Raptor Group Holdings<br />
LP, in Boston, MA. Previously, from 1993 to 2008, he was affiliated with Tudor<br />
Investment Corporation, serving as its Vice-Chairman and as a Member of its<br />
Management Committee. Prior to working for Tudor, Pallotta was a principal<br />
portfolio manager at Essex Investment Management Company, Inc., which he<br />
joined in 1983 as a Vice President and whose board of directors he joined in 1990.<br />
He has more than 27 years of experience in equity research and analysis. Pallotta<br />
received his BBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts in 1979 and his<br />
M.B.A. from Northeastern University in 1981. He is heavily involved in efforts for<br />
many charities and serves on the boards of several charitable and educational foundations, including as a<br />
trustee of the Children’s Hospital Trust in Boston.
