Chris Chambers coached his son’s flag football team to a championship to win <strong>the</strong> IWHMS Regionals in Phoenix this summer. Michael Moreau had his first piece of industrial design accepted as a major public work by <strong>the</strong> Arts Council and dedicated in New Orleans. The work, titled “The Solitary Chair” Anna Hilton daughter of Carole Miranne Osborne ‘96 was selected to be housed in <strong>the</strong> garden courtyard at <strong>the</strong> New Orleans Public Library in Bywater, on Alvar <strong>St</strong>reet. In June ‘09, Anna Elise Nathalie Faust daughter of Erich Faust ‘96 Kilinski and Chip McGeehan partnered with <strong>the</strong> Louisiana Chapter of Team in Training (TNT), a charitable organization that manages fundraising campaigns for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. They raised over $10,000.00 for blood cancer research and patient/family assistance. The TNT sponsored campaign ended in Anchorage, Alaska where <strong>the</strong> two ran <strong>the</strong>ir first marathon to support <strong>the</strong> cause. Afterwards <strong>the</strong> group explored <strong>the</strong> Kenai Peninsula, hiked glaciers, fished for salmon, white water rafted and sea kayaked.
