natural resources has gained significant importance in
recent years, driven by the constantly growing market
for natural cosmetics. In order to define what is natural,
various certification organizations, following individual
approaches towards this question, have been founded.
In order to serve as many natural concepts as possible,
Dr. Straetmans is constantly looking for safe actives in
the intersection of these varying definitions.
Dermosoft ® 750 is a promising representative in the range of natural multifunctional
fragrances. Equipped with a floral scent it provides a well equilibrated antimicrobial
profile which is capable to effectively support the biological stabilization of your
natural formulations. Manufactured from citral, a natural aroma compound, by simple
oxidation fulfils the criteria of a naturally derived raw material of the most important
certification bodies.

Manufacturing Procedure:
1. Heat phase A up to 78°C. Disperse Keltrol.
2. Heat phase B to 78°C. Emulsify phase B to phase A under stirring.
Homogenize for 1-2 min. using an Ultra Turrax.
3. Start to cool down to 32°C under stirring. Add perfume oil.
Specification Values:
Appearance: White viscous emulsion.
pH: 5.0 – 5.5.
Viscosity (Brookfield: Helipath TF; Speed 10): 10000-15000 mPa . s.
Centrifugation (4000 rpm, 15min.): No separation.
Stability:
Stable for more than 3 months at 20°, 40°, 4°C
Microbiological stability: Proven.
