Disembarkation Procedures
Please take a few minutes of your day to watch the brief, but informative program about
our disembarkation process. Your Cruise Director & Guest Relations Manager will explain
everything from luggage handling, disembarking and your SeaPass Account. This is
being shown on Channel 12.
Statement of Charges
You will receive your final statement in the early hours before arrival into Miami. For your
convenience, you can also view your statement on your interactive TV from the comfort
of your stateroom. If you have any discrepancies you can contact our Guest Relations
Desk prior to 10:00pm this evening for assistance.
Credit Card Authorization
For your convenience, all purchases made onboard will be charged to the credit or debit
card used to set up your account. Celebrity seeks daily authorizations for new charges
only which reduces the amount of credit or cash available to you on your card. Upon
completion of the cruise, the total amount of charges will be submitted. Normally the
process of submitting those charges will result in the previously obtained authorizations
being eliminated from your account. However, depending on the policies of the bank that
issued your card, in some cases this can take up to 30 days past the final charge. In
addition, if you choose to use another form of payment during your voyage to settle your
onboard account, the amounts authorized for your original card may be held until your bank
releases them. Please note: Celebrity does not accept Gift Cards as a form of payment.
Express Departure
If you want to be the first to disembark upon our arrival, then Express Departure is for
you. If you can handle your own luggage, and want to walk off the ship with it anytime
between 6:30am - 8:00am, please contact the Guest Relations Desk today to register
your interest. This is the quickest & easiest way to disembark the Millennium.
