Verification of In-Residency Evaluations � For credentialing purposes, the ABPN will accept only those evaluations done in ACGME-accredited residency programs and attestations done by ACGMEaccredited residency program directors. � Documentation must include dates passed and the names of the ABPN certified evaluators. 40
In-Residency Evaluation Process � Evaluations conducted during residency training are valid for 5 years following completion of residency training. � Evaluations conducted after residency training must be completed within a 5year period from the completion of the first evaluation. � Evaluations conducted after residency training will remain valid for 5 years after completion of the last evaluation. 41
