During the year 2009 we have concentrated on the<br />
expansion of our local service:<br />
Firstly the opening in our Burkina Faso branch of the first<br />
Cat Rental Store, unique in West Africa.<br />
Then our representation in Mali, which is working to respond to the specific<br />
needs of this country, notably electrification in rural environments.<br />
Lastly, with a view to improving our product support service to our clients,<br />
we are increasing the training of our site managers ( Parts Sales and Service<br />
Representatives ) present on the mining sites.<br />
You will be able to share these stories and others in our magazine.<br />
