SOME HELP WITH HISTORY
Several writers, led by Rev Gerald Ball,
are preparing to write a history of Global
Interaction.
Any people, particularly former members of
staff, who have historical treasures tucked
away (including copies of Our Bond or Our
India Field) and would be willing to lend
or give them to Global Interaction, please
contact Steph Forman (sforman@globalinte
raction.org.au, (03) 9819 4944) to discuss
with her whether or not we already have the
material.
BANGLADESH:
A Different Time and Place
This book is a collection of memoirs of missionary life in Bengal
– fi rst in British India, then in Bangladesh, from 1927 to 1970.
The writers are Mrs Heather Spicer (who collated and edited the
book), her father and mother Rev E. E. and Mrs Elsie Watson,
and Miss Jean Harry.
It can be purchased for $40 including postage (within Australia)
or $50 including postage (outside Australia).

The authors are donating all proceeds to Global Interaction.

CD of music by Robert Wight
The CD consists of popular piano pieces from the classical
repertoire as well as Robert’s own arrangements of well-known
hymns and jazz numbers.
Robert and Elise served in Papua (Indonesia) with Global
Interaction.
The CD is available for $20, including postage and handling,
with the total proceeds to go to Global Interaction, specifi cally
for the work in Papua, Ian Dicks in Malawi and Hoa in Vietnam.
