integral epoxy coating are used everywhere where safety, hygiene
and long service-life are important. vonRollrock piping with its
protective sheath is suitable for even the hardest conditions in rocky

the fully-protected slide-valve

Reliability and long service life are the main quality-characteristics of
the vonRollvs5000 fully-protected slide-valve.
Fitted with a non-screwed connection between upper casing and
base, along with a thick, integral epoxy coating, these offer lasting
functional reliability, high resistance to wear and tear and optimal
hygienic properties.
With their versatile connection options, these slide-valves are suitable
for all relevant piping systems made of ductile cast-iron, steel, PE
and PVC.

vonRollgeosys –
the secure and economical
wastewater system
vonRollgeopur wastewater systems in ductile cast-iron with a
polyurethane (PUR) inside lining are break-proof, leak-proof and offer
many advantages as far as hydraulics is concerned. The PUR internal
coating is as smooth as glass, thus preventing deposits and providing
resistance to abrasion and all kinds of wastewater (pH 1-14).
The piping offers a high level of safety in groundwater-protection
areas and is especially suitable for pumped systems.
The outstanding material properties allow great savings in civil engineering
costs to be made.
Appropriate fittings guarantee secure connections for joints, incoming
lines and house-connections.

vonRollfix –
the ideal pipe joint
for unpressurised pipework
vonRollfix pipe and connection collars serve as a connecting
element for drainage piping as well as in industrial pipe construction
for applications with diameters from DN 50 to DN 250.
The collar, which cannot deal with longitudinal forces, is suitable for
the secure, lasting and economical connection of unpressurised
pipework made of identical or varying materials such as cast-iron,
steel and PE.
With appropriate protection of the piping system, the collar can withstand
pressures of up to 3 bar.

Control
The vonRollhydrobox is a compact monitoring station for the online
measurement of drinking water quality. All relevant quality data is
measured and transmitted using latest technologies, including LAN,
WLAN or GSM, directly to your own PC. Using our visualisation
software, the data measured can be directly displayed on the PC.
Quality data: Turbidity/solid matter, oxygen content, conductivity, pHvalue,
temperature, redox, chlorine, chloric oxide and ozone concentration.
Trace elements and compounds of iron, nitrate/ nitrite,
ammonium and carbon compounds (CSB, BSB, TOC/DOC) can be
measured online using an integrated UV spectrometer.

Automatic leak-detection
and mains-monitoring

The Wagamet AG company, a member of the vonRoll hydro group,
is the Swiss market leader for permanent leak detection and mainsmonitoring
for water and gas supplies. Wagamet AG is active worldwide
in more than 40 countries.
The ORTOMAT leak-detection system developed and manufactured
in Switzerland, along with the vonRollhydrosafe alarm system
for fire-hydrants, helps prevent extensive loss of water.
Both products make an important contribution to water supply
