HCFC (HydroChloroFluoroCarbons)
HCFC refrigerants are restricted by the
European Regulation 2037/2000 dated June
29 th 2000 due to their depletion effect on the
ozone layer (Montreal Protocol). New HCFCs
will be allowed for use in existing equipment
until 2010. Between 2010 and 2015 only
recycled HCFCs will be allowed.
HFC (HydroFluoroCarbons)
Hydrofluorocarbons are “safety” fluids that
must be contained within and recovered from
installations because they belong to the group
of gases which contribute to the phenomenon
known as the “greenhouse effect”. These are
products which do not impact upon the ozone
layer, and are recommended as replacements
for HCFCs.
Lubrication is one of the most important factors affecting whether or not a refrigeration installation works
correctly. The choice of lubricant is specific to the installation and applications in question. It is important to
follow the recommendations of the compressor’s installer. The oil ensures that the different moving parts of the
compressor are lubricated by forming a lubricating, homogenous ‘film’. In rotary screw compressors, it also
ensures tightness and therefore effective refrigeration.
Choosing the right oil is essential if you want to ensure the performance and longevity of your refrigeration
installation.

• AB : alkylbenzene oils
These are recommended for R-22 type fluids and HCFC mixtures. They are compatible with traditional mineral
oils. Where the original oil is proved to be incompatible with mineral oils, alkylbenzene oils offer an excellent
replacement.
Synthetic oils
Polymers made up of specific chemical
monomers such as esters. The first synthetic oils
were developed for HCFCs (AB and PAO). With
the arrival of HFCs came a new kind of oil, since
mineral oils are not miscible with HFCs.
Brazing alloys
A range of brazing products for all metals
Bronze/silver/phosphorous brazing alloys
The advantages of this type of brazing alloy
include: a lower fusion temperature than binary
brazing alloys, increased fluidity, improved
alloy conductivity and resistance of the units of
crucible capacity against alternated forces.
Brazing alloys with a high silver content
These have increased mechanical resistance with
good elongation, and allow metals with different
expansion characteristics to be joined together.
• videosurveillance: stock management (reservoirs, containers, bottles),
• loading posts,
• inversion centres,
• recovery and recycling stations,
• specific mechanisms for transport and distribution.
• Global benefit management:
• Administrative and regulatory follow-up
Our designs take into account the elements of the following French regulations: DESP 97/23 (Directive governing
pressurised equipment), the decree of 13/12/1999 relative to the manufacture of pressurised equipment, the
ministerial law of 21/12/1999 referring to the classification and evaluation of conformity of pressurised equipment,
