The following outlines the two octavos for the Vocal Ensemble Performance Festival at the State Contest:

Voice Teachers should order this music right away so students have time to learn the music in
preparation for State. The music can be ordered through Groth Music in Bloomington, MN. Their phone
number is 952-884-4772.
Voice Teachers, just a reminder, you are responsible to purchase the ensemble music for your students.
Students must have the original music to participate in the Vocal Ensemble Performance in February.
Copies are not allowed.
We are also pleased to welcome back Al Hawkins as the Director for Voice Ensemble. Thank you.

� “Serenata de Siero” will NOT be permanently out of print due to demand here in Minnesota. Also:
the “c” in the final measure (ms. 53) should be changed to a “d” to fit the arpeggiated chords.
This change has been confirmed with the publisher (FJH) and they will correct it in
subsequent printings.
� “Waltz in A Minor, Op. 12 No. 2” by Grieg: Please make sure to purchase the ALFRED EDITION.
No other editions are to be used. NOTE: The correct item number is (Alfred:4835)
