phase allows you to create an invitation to bid, invite an
unlimited number of subcontractors, upload an unlimited

the system.
• Construction Management - Create, manage, and track
RFIs; ASIs; Submittals; Change Orders; payment applications;
daily reports; punchlists and more. Even better, subcontractors

The project manager is notified and everything is logged.
• Mobile Application - BuildingBlok’s mobile application
allows users to stay connected with iPhones, iPads and Androids
to create, manage and track punchlists, photos, RFIs,
tasks and view blueprints while in the field.
