The Range 805 with rounded edges, ergonomic grip zones 

and the concealed nature of the mounting elements gives

For its 805 Range products, HEWI uses high-quality stainless

Upgrade capability 

The design of 805 Range products enables them to be adap- 

ted to meet a variety of specific needs. For example, the 

hinged support rail, which can be enhanced to include a 

toilet roll holder that can be fitted in any position required. 

User friendly 

The height adjustment of the shower head holder was desi- 

gned by HEWI to make it exceptionally user friendly. The 

user can move the shower head holder into the desired 

position with minimal effort by applying gentle pressure to 

the lever with just one hand.

Lift up support rail

Adaptable to the user 

The height and projection of the support rail with lift-up feature 

can be adjusted to the body measurements of the individual user 

resulting in increased comfort for residents. 

Ability to upgrade provides planning security 

The lift up support rail is available as a basic model, which can be 

gradually supplemented with diverse upgrade kits. Options include 

a toilet paper holder, flushing and function keys with different technical 

versions and a backrest. 

Ergonomic grip pad 

High safety standard for gripping, standing up, supporting, holding 

onto and turning were the priority when developing LifeSystem. 

The ergonomically shaped grip pad offers optimum support during 

succession of movements. 

Simple installation 

The two-stage separate installation of the wall-mounted plate and 

product result in handling advantages. First the plate is installed 

and then the product is located in position at a stage in the construction 

programme to avoid damage to the product. 

Convertibility enables flexible use 

A selection of different accessories can be attached to the HEWI 

system interface, e.g. the walking aid holder, the WC paper holder 

and diverse hooks. This adapter can be used together with a rose, 

plate or wall mounting plate. 

A wall mounting plate can be installed in all bathrooms. The 

lift up support rail and grab bars can then be added in rooms 

when needed.

Convenient height-adjustable hinged seat 

A few simple hand adjustments by the user or care giver 

enable the height of the hinged seats to be altered. 

The ability to upgrade increases flexibility and value 

The hinged seat can be upgraded with a comfortable 

backrest. Individually operated fold-away armrests provide 

additional safety. In this way the costs do not exceed the 

planning basis of the initial fit out but offer future options. 

Flexibility in the shower 

The hanging seat is also available as a transportable hanging 

seat. This can be easily folded together and carried by 

the handle to other rooms. 

Efficient installation 

The shower seat wall mounting plate and product allow 

installation to be accomplished by one person.

Mirror shelves 

Safety and independence for users 

The integrated support rails of the mirror shelf enable patients/residents 

to hold on and steady themselves in an 

upright and/or seated position. This maintains and encourages 

the user's independence while alleviating work for 

the care giver. 

Good visibility with continuous mirror 

The planning of continuous mirrors in accessible rooms is 

possible with the LifeSystem mirror shelves. With the divided 

mirror shelf it is also possible to look directly into the 

mirror from a seated or standing position.

Change in use possible 

With the help of the HEWI system interface, different 

accessories can be attached to a rose, plate or wall-mounting 

plate enabling different uses with a uniform type of 

mounting. 

Safety and stability 

Support rails in different configurations ensure a high 

degree of safety when gripping, straightening up, standing 

and sitting down. The round tube system is available in 

custom dimensions. 

Easy brush exchange 

The brush head can be easily replaced by means of the 

bayonet mounting which can reduce costs. The brush 

heads are available in package quantities of up to 25 

brushes. 

Self-centering Toilet brush unit 

Long brush handle with ergonomically shaped grip at 

handle end. The brush is self-centering thanks to the conically 

shaped container. There is a reservoir for disinfectant 

in the bottom of the container.

A true classic 

Classic, functional, versatile - 111 Range levers are better 

known than any other. The first lever of the 111 Range left 

the HEWI production halls in 1970. Its variety of color, highgloss 

polyamide surface and unambiguous language of 

design and geometric basic shapes aligned with the atmosphere 

of change prevalent in the early 1970s. 

It was a child of its time and over the years has become a 

classic in the true sense of the word. 

HEWI has used the "111 form" as the basis for its further 

development of the range’s styling. A variety of options 

caters to all possible needs. These lever handles meet ADA 

requirements and adhere to important principles of Universal 

Design where doors can be operated without grasping or 

turning movements.

Lever handle design 

Lever handles are made of high quality polyamide steel 

core. The mounting bases are through-bolted for secure 

installation and concealed with 65 mm (2-9/16") rosettes. 

Latches 

All latches are available with 60 mm (2-3/8") and 70 mm 

(2-3/4") backsets. Latch bolts reverse easily during 

installation for right or left hand applications, retract with 

24° or 28° rotation, in 90.3 and 90.1 latches respectively. 

Front plates are adjustable for flat or bevel edged 

doors and are covered with a stainless steel latch faceplates 

to conceal the fastening screws. 

Pull handles 

Six different models – ø 30 mm (1-3/16"), 33 mm 

(1-5/16") and 40 mm (1-9/16") in diameter. More models 

and individual solutions in varying axle sizes possible 

based on the rod system. 

Installation: 

One-sided or double-sided installation, possible on all 

doors. Other mounting options available.
