Chance to win market forecast report at Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show
Being able to plan for the future is key to helping business move forward out of the recession.
But while most people do not have the luxury of a crystal ball, a leading market research company is
offering their forecasting expertise for free to one at a major workwear industry event.
Delegates at the Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show on April 5 and 6, will have the chance to
win the latest report from global research leaders Frost & Sullivan, worth £4,000.
The sought-after report will be the top prize in a draw at the WorkIT conference, part of the
Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show, which this year is focussing on looking ahead to new
opportunities for the industry.
Dr Brian Balmer, who compiled the report, is also one of the main speakers at the conference.
He has been analysing PPE and workwear markets for Frost & Sullivan for over ten years and has
particular expertise in market forecasting and assessing the impact of mega trends on materials
companies. Dr Balmer has a particular interest in green and sustainable materials, and in materials
for health, safety and personal well-being.
As the only show of its kind in the UK, the Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show, sponsored this
year by JAL Group, provides the most effective forum for manufacturers to connect directly with
target key decision makers, raise brand awareness, launch new products and generate sales leads.
Event organiser Yvette Ashby said: “This is a fantastic product to be able to give away, particularly as
we are coming out of the recession slowly and we are all trying to plan for the future.
“In terms of value to our delegates this is probably the biggest prize we have been able to give away
at the conference and it will be such an important tool for somebody to walk away with.
“We are very pleased to welcome Dr Brian Balmer from Frost & Sullivan to speak at our conference
as well as we aim to give delegates a sense of optimism going forward.”
The event at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry will feature many of the world’s biggest names in
workwear such as Pacific Brands, Men’s Wearhouse, Invista’s CORDURA(R) brand, Incorporatewear,
Hunter Apparel, William Sugden & Son, Sharon Lee, and Kingfisher Apparel, have already confirmed
their participation alongside safety footwear specialists Magnum, Footsure, Bootmate, The Florida
Group and E Sutton & Son.
One of the main attractions will be the CORDURA(R) sponsored Fashion Catwalk Show. Leading
brands from a number of industry sections will be showcased by models three times on each day of
the exhibition. Magnum will be parading a breakthrough collection of footwear for the workplace
on the catwalk, with slick choreography by Debbie Astell of Times Two Productions.
