Equipment Management Series provides
access to call information, equipment lists

Manage Equipment. At the heart of the
Equipment Management Series, the
Equipment Manager tracks all costs
involved in acquiring equipment, as well
as the financial details that affect the
equipment's book value. The Equipment
Manager summarizes key data such as
service expenses, depreciation, rental
billings, capitalized repairs and warranty
expenses. Additionally, interest,
depreciation and rental billings are
calculated and updated.
Purchase Goods. The Equipment
Purchasing module serves as an
enhancement to Microsoft Dynamics
GP® Purchase Order Processing for the
purchase of whole goods. Equipment from
numerous suppliers can be linked together
to form the whole good. When a new
piece of equipment is ordered, an
equipment ID is created and linked to the
item to ensure costs for the new item are
collected.
EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
SERIES
Rental Tracking. The Equipment Rental
module uses a streamlined cradle-to-grave
approach to support the rental process.
From invoice to agreement, the
Equipment Rental module records all
events in the rental process. Also available
are several analytical tools to sort or
search variables such as model, location,
status or attribute.
Sales Process. By providing the back-end
needs for processing sales transactions,
the Equipment Sales module enhances
the integration between the sales process
and the Equipment Manager. Sales staff
can have instant access to equipment
information, including availability, hours
worked and the mechanical condition of
the fleet. Equipment Sales also adds
functionality to Microsoft Dynamics GP
Sales Order Processing for the
configuration, quotation and sale of
whole goods.
Transportation. Controlling the
movement of the equipment fleet, the
Equipment Transport module facilitates
the booking, invoicing and scheduling of
equipment pickups and deliveries.
Equipment booked through the
Equipment Rental module can add
transport charges to the normal rental
invoicing
process. This
module also
tracks income
and expenses
against a
vehicle to
determine profitability of the delivery
fleet.
Maintain. The Equipment Maintenance
module allows you to create flexible and
detailed preventive maintenance plans to
ensure maximum availability of companyowned
equipment where third party
billing is not required.

allows you to easily configure and track
attachments related to your base pieces of
equipment while storing operation
manuals, warning labels and proof of
renter's training.
Expense tracking. By creating a single
point of entry, the TimeTrack module
streamlines the collection of labor and

labor-related expenses. Users can capture,
validate, track, review, approve and post
labor, travel and employee expenses to
various projects. An Internet-enabled
version (eTimeTrack) extends this
functionality to mobile and off-site
employees.
