is an Australian owned and operated family<br />
company. Since 1997 our Melbourne factory<br />
has been manufacturing steel and aluminium<br />
<strong>camping</strong> <strong>product</strong>s and providing equal<br />
opportunity employment for many skilled<br />
Australian workers.<br />
Our core business is centred around the roll<br />
forming of steel into tube. The fabrication of<br />
this steel, together with aluminium tubing, is<br />
then used for the manufacture of tent pole<br />
<strong>product</strong>s.<br />
Today our range of <strong>product</strong>s has expanded<br />
to meet the diverse requirements of your<br />
customers. We take much pride in being able<br />
to supply you with a comprehensive range of<br />
<strong>product</strong>s and components for the erection of<br />
tarpaulins, tents and awnings plus a<br />
specialised selection of <strong>traditional</strong> <strong>camping</strong><br />
<strong>gear</strong> lines like steel utility and washing up<br />
tables.<br />
Our <strong>product</strong>s are supplied packaged to<br />
ensure protection from damage after<br />
manufacture and come barcode labelled for<br />
your convenience.<br />
<strong>Poles</strong> <strong>Apart</strong> can also fabricate specialty poles,<br />
brackets and frame <strong>product</strong>s that are not<br />
listed in this <strong>catalogue</strong> for the likes of retailers,<br />
camper trailer and caravan awning<br />
manufacturers. We can bend tube to most<br />
configurations plus end form and press tube<br />
parts to customer specifications.<br />

profile for even greater<br />
strength. The square<br />
steel tube is hot dipped<br />
galvanised.<br />
Square ridge poles are<br />
designed to span across<br />
the centre of a tarpaulin<br />
width ways. This creates<br />
a centre ridge and<br />
prevents the centre of a<br />
tarpaulin from sagging.<br />
The ends of the square<br />
ridge pole have drilled<br />
holes so that they can<br />
fit over tent pole spigots.<br />
A three piece ridge pole<br />
is made up of two pieces<br />
of 25.4mm square tube,<br />
with one 22.2mm square<br />
tube that slides inside<br />
both 25.4mm tube ends.<br />
This makes for a strong,<br />

How to order<br />
Our separate price list can be stored in the front of this <strong>catalogue</strong>.<br />
It will outline our entire <strong>product</strong> range by part number along with a<br />
supporting barcode number. Some <strong>product</strong>s may have two part<br />
numbers / barcodes that relate to different pack types.<br />
Also some <strong>product</strong>s may have the same name, but are available in<br />
different sizes. Each will have a separate part number and barcode to<br />
avoid confusion. Essentially, we are more than happy to supply to suit<br />
your individual needs. Simply call your local customer service executive,<br />
contact us direct, or send an email to orders@polesapart.com.au<br />
Either way, we’re here to help and to make it easy for you.<br />
Freight<br />
Freight costs vary depending upon distance and the dollar amount of<br />
your order. If you wanted to purchase say two spigots then we would<br />
post them to you and charge you the postage.<br />
Generally we ship FIS on a minimum order value basis.<br />
Guarantee<br />
Simple. If it breaks we either fix it, replace it or refund it!<br />
What ever it takes to put things right we’ll do it!<br />
