General Conference and Venue Information<br />
Badges<br />
All delegates, speakers, accompanying persons, exhibitors, and<br />
visitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges at all<br />
times. Admission to the conference is restricted to participants<br />
wearing delegates, speakers, VIP and Press badges only.<br />
Business Centre<br />
Lisbon Congress Centre offers a multifunctional Business Centre.<br />
It can be found at foyer C. All necessary services are available:<br />
telephone, telefax, copying and mailing.<br />
Conference languages<br />
Offi cial conference languages are English, French and Spanish.<br />
Simultaneous interpretation in these languages are available in all<br />
plenary and workshop Sessions. Please refer to the conference<br />
programme. The opening ceremony is also simultaneously<br />
translated into Portuguese.<br />
Coffee & tea<br />
Coffee and tea will be served free of charge to delegates,<br />
exhibitors and speakers wearing their name badges, during<br />
coffee breaks. Coffee & tea will be served in the exhibition area,<br />
ground fl oor.<br />

The exhibition is located at Pavilions 1 & 2, ground fl oor.<br />

is located in Pavilion 1. All exhibitors and<br />

First aid<br />
The fi rst aid unit can be found in Pavilion 1 during the whole<br />
congress.<br />
Organiser room<br />
The IRF organiser room is located on the 1st fl oor, room 1.11.<br />
Lost and found<br />
For lost and found objects, please approach the security desk<br />
located in Foyer C.<br />

Lunches<br />
Lunch will be served for registered delegates and speakers.<br />
The lunch areas, inside the pavilions are strictly for those with<br />
delegates, exhibitors and speakers name badges only.<br />
Press room<br />
The Press Center is located room 1.12.<br />
Programme changes<br />
The programme is correct at the time of printing: however,<br />
the organizer cannot assume liability for any changes in the<br />
programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. The<br />
organizer reserves the right to alter the programme if and as<br />
deemed necessary.<br />
Registration desks<br />
The registration desk is located in the Foyer C, ground fl oor, at<br />
the entrance of Pavilion 2. The registration desk will be open on<br />

Speakers’ Centre<br />
A Speakers’ Centre is available for speakers to review and submit<br />
their presentations. This centre is located at room 1.13, on the 1 st<br />
fl oor, and is open at 8.00 from 24 th to 28 th May.<br />
Shuttle buses<br />
Shuttle buses to and from the offi cial hotels will be provided free<br />
of charge to participants.<br />
