Located in the northern Sanma Province, at
the foot of Vanuatu’s largest island of Espiritu
Santo, the signifi cantly smaller Aore Island has
a tropical ambience that words alone cannot
describe: gently swaying palms; unspoilt white
sandy beaches; luxuriant vegetation; tropical
marine corals; and, a myriad of colourful
fi sh species. Added to this are gentle topical
tradewinds and spectacular sunsets that simply

Getting There
Vanuatu is serviced by international fl ight
from: Australia (SYD 3½ hr. BNE 2½ hr), Fiji,
New Zealand (Auckland), New Caledonia
and Solomon Islands. Connecting fl ight from
Europe and the North America are through
New Caledonia, Australia and New Zealand.
Air Vanuatu provides regular internal services
between the islands, and helicopter charter
services are also available.
Pekoa International Airport is situated on the
island of Espiritu Santo, 30 minutes from Lapita
Plantation on Aore Island. Connecting from
Lapita from the airport is easy. A regular taxi
service from the airport takes only 10 minutes
to Lapita Landing in Luganville for a quick boat
trip across the Segond Channel to Lapita.

Finance
For a limited time Lapita is offering fi nance on land for as little as $146 per week.
Our fi nance packages start from as little 5% interest fi xed for a two year period.
At the end of this period the loan becomes variable and is fi xed to the same interest
rate as the Reserve Bank of Australia.
You do not need to use the equity in your Australian properties as security for the loan
