PEARL POWER
Renown as a symbol of expertise in pearls, Misaki incorporates state-of-the-art
technologies, excellent know-how and craftsmanship. In line with the Misaki tradition,
we have developed a new type of pearl to our established Cultured Pearl collection,
Handmade Extreme Lustre Pearl.
Cultured pearls
Misaki offers different varieties of Cultured Pearls, whether cultured in the sea,
including the famous Akoya pearl, or in fresh water. They are just as exotic as natural
pearls but have a little help from mankind. A natural quartz nucleus is placed inside
the oyster to produce the layers of mother-of-pearl that just two years later produce a
beautiful pearl. By this mix, we can offer a wide range of beautiful colours and shapes
of cultured pearls.
Misaki Handmade Extreme Lustre pearls
Misaki has created the new pearl standard with our patented Handmade Extreme
Lustre Pearl. Our highest craftsmen have gone a step further to improve on what
nature creates to produce the perfect pearl. Through SHL technology, we have
created an extraordinary lustre, which is superior to the shine of natural pearls.
By layering a natural quartz nucleus with iridescent synthesised mother-of-pearl,
Misaki has created a unique gem with everlasting shine that is stunning against
bare skin.
