CUBA: THE PEOPLE, CULTURE, AND ART<br />
Operated in accordance with a special license issued by the U.S. Department of<br />
Treasury, this program is designed to promote cultural exchange and people-topeople<br />
contact. Explore the lively capital city of Havana and charming provincial<br />
