NOTE: For the fi rst two registered teams, you will receive 2 FREE Commuter Coaches per team. For every additional registered team, you will receive 1 FREE Commuter Coach. For
resident coaches, the commuter rate will be subtracted from your package price while following the same criteria above. Spectator Admission to the event will be $20 per day. For
your convenience, you may purchase two day pass prior to the event at the Sheraton or anytime during the event at the Dallas Convention Center. Two day pass will be $35 per person.
Division Change Deadline
Teams making division changes between December 10th
and December 30th will be charged $500. No division changes
will be accepted after December 31st.
Deposit
A $30 per person deposit is required at the time of registration.

Balance
All remaining balances are due on November 30th.
All payments made after November 30th must be in the
form of a cashier’s check, credit card or money order.
Cancellation Fee Per Person

On or after Dec. 21 All fees are non-refundable
