• 10 years of cleanroom experience. Actively involved in the development of RF MEMS<br />

process at METU; fabricated THz test antennas at NanoTech West Lab, The Ohio<br />

State University<br />

• Worked on 4” glass, quartz, silicon, and alumina wafers with thicknesses between<br />

150 µm-550 µm.<br />

• Lithography: EVG-620 and Karl Suss MA-56 mask aligners with various type of<br />

Shipley, AZ group photoresist, and polyimide as the sacrificial layer.<br />

• Metal deposition: sputtering (Ti, Cr, Au, Cu, Al, Si-Cr) and thermal evaporation (Cr,<br />

Au) and electroplating (Ni, Cu, Au) processes.<br />

• Dielectric deposition and patterning: silicon nitride deposition and patterning using<br />

STS PECVD and RIE equipments.<br />

• Wet etching: various metals and alloys (Ti, Cu, Au, Cr, Al, Ni-Cr, Si-Cr, SixNy).<br />

• Use of post processing observation equipments including Wyko surface profiler, SEM<br />

• Use of microwave test equipments up to 750 GHz including vector network analyzer<br />
