AUDITORIUM <strong>Exeter</strong> <strong>Phoenix</strong>’s main event venue is a versatile space designed to accommodate both seated and standing events. THE IDEAL SPACE As a fully equipped multi purpose space, the Auditorium is both flexible and functional. Suited to catering for larger groups of delegates, the tiered theatre seating arrangement comfortably holds a maximum capacity of 216 people. The Auditorium can be arranged to suit your specific type of event. We are also able to provide cabaret seating and a banqueting layout. The seating system can be easily stored away to make room for standing events such as trade and career fairs, product launches and corporate training. For standing events the Auditorium is able to hold a capacity of 450 delegates. The space is fully fitted to accommodate all sound, lighting and technical requirements and is equipped with a full sized cinema screen. This spacious room over looks the picturesque Rougemont Gardens. The Dance Studio holds a capacity of 70 delegates when set up theatre style and 30 – 40 in classroom style.
