Company<br />
Background<br />
It started a quarter of a century ago...<br />
In 1981 Tony Ristevski, <strong>Spree</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong> founder, held<br />
an aspiration to create a small business that he could<br />
be proud of. Tony quickly noticed many of the nation’s<br />
larger commercial and industrial based organisations<br />
where looking to outsource their non-core actives so<br />
he decided to switch his focus from carpet cleaning to<br />
commercial cleaning. By late 1986 <strong>Spree</strong> had secured<br />
some of Melbourne’s most prestige’s contracts with<br />
Mobil, Ultimate Computers, Public Transport Corporation<br />
& the Herald Sun.<br />
In 1999 Tony’s son, David, joined <strong>Spree</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong>, and<br />
by 2003, with David’s help, <strong>Spree</strong> ahd almost complete<br />
the goals initially set in 1999.<br />
David continues to simplify the company’s core business<br />
models whislt outlining a four year strategy. The key<br />
objectives of this strategy being to increase and develop<br />
synergies in the services offered to customers<br />
whilst developing innovative service solutions<br />
for niche markets.<br />
Today, <strong>Spree</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong> is continuing its development<br />
of innovative strategies that integrate various facility<br />
services into packages that help maintain our clients’<br />
workplaces, facilities and finances.<br />

Tony Ristevski<br />
Operations<br />
Director:<br />
Tony shares <strong>Spree</strong>’s philosophies<br />
of customer service and his<br />
day-to-day role is overseeing and<br />
co-ordinating many of <strong>Spree</strong>’s<br />
larger contracts, including the<br />
co-ordination and management of<br />
staff and front-line operations.<br />
Tony Riso<br />
non-Executive:<br />
Tony Riso joined <strong>Spree</strong> in 2008<br />
and has over twenty years of<br />
facilities management and sales<br />
experience — having personally<br />
managed operations ranging in<br />
size from a 1000 sqm to over<br />
25,000 sqm. He is responsible<br />
for providing professional advice<br />
for all the sales and business<br />
development activities across all<br />
of <strong>Spree</strong>’s people, markets and<br />
service sectors.<br />

David Ristevski<br />
Chairman & CEO:<br />
David joined his father Tony in mid<br />
1999, serving as the company’s<br />
General Manger. In 2008 he was<br />
appointed Chairman & CEO. His tertiary<br />
qualifications coupled with his experience,<br />
entrepreneurialism, leadership skills and<br />
passion for business continue to be the<br />
driving forces behind the steady<br />
growth of the company.<br />
Mary Ratskos<br />
Administration &<br />
Finance Director:<br />
Mary Ratskos joined <strong>Spree</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong><br />
in 1985, bringing with her a wealth<br />
of knowledge in customer service,<br />
human resource management and<br />
administration. She started as head<br />
of <strong>Spree</strong>’s customer service division<br />
before being appointed Associate<br />
Director. Mary also oversees the<br />
company’s day-to-day administrational<br />
duties and plays a key role in the<br />
internal support and customer<br />
relationship management of a large<br />
number of <strong>Spree</strong>’s clients.<br />
George Resink<br />
non-Executive:<br />
George Resnik has worked in the<br />
contract service industry since 1988<br />
and plays a key role in our organisation<br />
as his knowledge, experience and<br />
relationships in the property services<br />
industry allows <strong>Spree</strong> <strong>Enterprise</strong> to<br />
develop synergies and increase the<br />
reliability of its services.<br />
