Madison was diagnosed with cerebral palsy as an infant. Her parents were told that she would probably never walk or talk. However, as a result of early intervention strategies she experienced at the Frazer Center, Madison is walking and her cognitive development is on par with her peers. She is a proud kindergartener at Fernbank Elementary, a public elementary school in metro Atlanta. 2 F RAZER CENTER OUR CHILDREN Regardless of ability level, all children have unique needs and benefi t from being in a supportive, challenging, and stimulating environment with instruction that addresses their individual needs; that is our commitment to the families who entrust their children to our care. We strive to see each child as a unique individual, to care deeply about them, and to give them what they need to grow and be successful in life, which includes being ready for school. The fundamental aim of our child development program is to empower children to become enthusiastic, confi dent, life-long learners, but our mission doesn’t stop there.
